3. Processing Fee for Returns & Exchanges
Approved returns and exchanges are subject to a flat processing fee of $30 per bottle of LZ8 supplements.
This fee helps cover the administrative, handling, and logistics costs associated with processing returns and exchanges.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Returned products must arrive in good condition for the refund to remain valid
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10 to 14 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your payment provider’s processing timelines.
